    Before transitioning into real estate, Noah worked in sales management for a Fortune 500 company — a background that honed her leadership, communication, and business acumen, skills she brings to every transaction.

    A longtime Highland Park resident, she and her husband raised two sons — now grown, one a physician and the other working in environmental consulting. Both attended local schools, and Noah remains deeply connected to the community, staying up to date on schools, park districts, and neighborhood resources throughout Chicago’s North Shore.

    When she’s not working with clients, you might find her enjoying the outdoors, playing a little friendly pickleball, or walking her 117-pound Great Pyrenees, Maggie May.

    As the founding lead of the Noah and Janet Group, she built her reputation on the slogan Noah Knows Real Estate — a reflection of her belief that buying or selling a home shouldn’t feel like your second job. It’s her full-time job, not yours.

We closed on this condo last Friday, and the relationships behind it are a perfect reminder of why I love what I do. The owners had lived here since the 1980s. My connection to the family actually began years ago through their neighbor. I had helped sell her father’s home, and she later shared my name with these clients when their son was looking to sell his own home. I ended up helping him with that sale more than a decade ago. Over time, the branches of that relationship continued to grow. When that same neighbor later passed away, her children reached out to me to help sell her condo as well. And last week, the story came full circle when the son I worked with years ago called again — this time to help his parents sell the home they had loved for decades as they begin their next chapter in a senior community. Moments like this remind me that real estate has never been about price point or transactions. It’s about the relationships we build, the trust that grows over time, and the care we give every client along the way.
