Some closings carry a story that spans decades. We closed on this condo last Friday, and the relationships behind it are a perfect reminder of why I love what I do. The owners had lived here since the 1980s. My connection to the family actually began years ago through their neighbor. I had helped sell her father’s home, and she later shared my name with these clients when their son was looking to sell his own home. I ended up helping him with that sale more than a decade ago. Over time, the branches of that relationship continued to grow. When that same neighbor later passed away, her children reached out to me to help sell her condo as well. And last week, the story came full circle when the son I worked with years ago called again — this time to help his parents sell the home they had loved for decades as they begin their next chapter in a senior community.
