Your attorney will review the contract, we’ll schedule your home inspection, and your lender will finalize the loan and order the appraisal. We’ll coordinate everything and keep you informed so nothing falls through the cracks.

 

Final Walkthrough, Closing & Ongoing Support

Before closing, we’ll do a final walkthrough to confirm everything is in place. Then, it’s time to sign the papers and get the keys — welcome home! But our relationship doesn’t end at closing. We’re always here to connect you with trusted vendors, answer real estate questions, and help you get settled in your new community. Consider us your ongoing resource long after move-in day.
