I listed my contemporary residence with Janet. The house was unique because it was designed by my dad, a well known Chicago architect, and occupied continuously by my family since 1969. I live out of state and Janet was of immense help in preparing the house for showing by arranging for cleaning and maintenance services. All of this was above and beyond what I could have expected of any other agent. Janet enlisted an architectural writer to publish a piece on the house in Chicago Business that produced three immediate offers, and we sold for more than asking. The end result was truly outstanding and I highly recommend her.

Noah is the best at what she does. When my mother-in-law passed away we retained Noah to sell her house. She was very caring and understanding and helped us through a difficult time. She took charge and had the house cleaned out and staged. We received an offer over the asking price and Noah then arranged an estate sale for us. As a real estate attorney I have worked with many brokers and Noah is clearly among the very best. I cannot give her anything but the highest recommendation.

Forever grateful to Noah for helping us find our dream home when we didn’t even think we could. We are very picky and saw 17 houses that didn’t speak to us at all. Three months post closing and Noah is still the first person we want to share our renovation pictures with, and she’s already been by to visit and see the progress. She’s been our advocate, ally, cheerleader and friend throughout this entire process, and we so appreciate her!
